What to expect if something isn't right
Return Window
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for eligible items, in original, unused condition with tags intact.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom-made or personalized embroidery pieces cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
How to Request a Return
Contact us with your order number and photos of the item within the return window to start the process.
Quality Check
Returned items are inspected on arrival. Items that are used, altered, or damaged by the customer won't be accepted.
Refund Process
Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Exchanges
Need a different size or design instead? Let us know when requesting your return and we'll arrange an exchange where possible.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are covered by the customer, unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
